Protected Space Therapy is in Network with UnitedHealthcare, Oxford Health Plans, Cigna, Aetna, UMR, Oscar, UHC Student Resources, All Savers UHC, Harvard Pilgrim, Meritain, Nippon, United Healthcare Shared Services, Allied Benefit Systems - Aetna, Surest (Formerly Bind), Health Plans Inc., UnitedHealthcare Global, Optum Live & Work Well (EAP), Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, Christian Brothers Services - Aetna, Trustmark Health Benefits - Aetna, Trustmark Health Benefits - Cigna, Trustmark Small Business Benefits - Aetna, Health Scope – Aetna
If I do not currently accept your insurance, I will provide you with a comprehensive billing statement that you can provide to your provider for potential reimbursement.
If claims are unpaid for 60 days, you will be responsible for payment. If insurance changes, it is the responsibility of the client to notify Protected Space Therapy, PLLC.
Private Pay Rates
$200 for Initial Clinical Assessment
$125–$150 for Individual Therapy Session
Payments: Debit/Credit Card
Late Cancellation and Missed Appointment: Protected Space Therapy, PLLC requires a 24-hour notice to cancel or change an appointment. Please let Protected Space Therapy, PLLC know if you are unable to keep your appointment as scheduled. Otherwise, you will be charged a no-show or late cancellation fee of $50.00.
